Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All dishes for our sake pairing dinners are prepared fresh on the day of the event. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, ingredients are carefully pre-ordered and prepared in advance. For this reason, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted once payment has been made.

We are happy to assist with rescheduling, subject to availability, if you contact us 7 days before the original booking.

Please note that all online bookings are final. No refunds or cancellations will be issued after payment has been completed, including in the event of a no-show. In such cases, 100% of the fee will be charged.
